This is a textbook example of citizen-led, grassroots-driven local control. I personally will be voting in support of this millage adjustment. However, I understand and support the voters of Fort Smith taking the time to think, pray, and learn all they can about this proposal. Once that occurs, I am confident that they will make the decision that is best for their families and the future of our city.
