Voting Information

The Fort Smith School District Board of Directors unanimously approved a 5.558 mill increase, which will raise $121.6 million for FSPS, to be included in May 2018 election.

  • Registered voters may vote at any polling site during the EARLY voting period.
  • Early voting will be May 7 – May 21.
  • Check the listings below to find the times for your preferred early voting location.
  • Weekend Voting is available Saturday, May 12 and Saturday, May 19.
  • Election Day is May 22 (7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.).
  • You must be registered to vote at least 30 days prior to Election Day.  To participate in this election, the deadline to register is Monday, April 23, 2018. To verify your voting registration status, visit the Online Voter Central website.
  • To request a Voter Registration application online, click here or visit your local post office.
  • Arkansas now request a photo ID in order to vote. For more information visit the Arkansas Secretary of State website.
